Mixed Media Card Handmade Flowers

Hi, my dear crafty friends, I hope you all enjoyed your weekend or spring break. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge, we challenge you to create "HANDMADE FLOWERS".

I was inspired to create a mixed media card using Tim Holtz Sizzix Die Tattered Florals Alternations and Distress Sprays.

I created this card using size 4.25" X 5.5" white card stock. On a piece of watercolor paper, I sprayed Distress Sprays over Tim Holtz Layering Stencil, and stamped with Tim Holtz Brush Stroke stamp and Pointer Sketch stamp. This colored and stamped watercolor paper was cut and sewed on the white card base. 

The flowers were die cut with the sprayed watercolor paper and distressed using Faber-Castell Big Brush Pen. I layered the petals and secured with fasteners then pasted them on the card with Tombow Adhesive Tabs.
