Mixed Media Tag Spritz and or Splatter



Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "SPRITZ and / or SPLATTER ". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia Sea Land 8x8 Paper on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology INDUSTRIAL GEARS Embellishments and  Tim Holtz idea-ology PAPER DOLLS PORTRAiTS.


I started this project with trimming the patterned paper and pasted it on the #8 tag. The tag was distressed with Tim Holtz Tonic Paper Distresser And Thread Cutter, and Tim Holtz Distress 2 Tiny Blending Tools with 4 Sponge Applicators Ranger and a brown ink pad. 


The metal embellishments were colored with Tim Holtz Distress Paints and attached on the tag using glue dots. I added the paper doll portrait and sentiment stickers. To finish off this project, I splattered some Distress Paint and water mixture using Ranger Inkssentials Pipette Individual Dropper.

Mixed Media Tag Monochrome


Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "MONOCHROME". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia Roseland 8x8 Paper on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology PAPER DOLLS MiNi and Prima Marketing Sparkling Flowers 25 And Peppermint.


I started this project with trimmed the pattern paper from Stamperia paper Rose Land and pasted it on the #8 Tag. I distressed the tag with an art dauber and outlined it with a black pen. The embellishments were die cut from the same paper collection. 


The sentiments were adding using Tim Holtz stickers and the quote chip. To finish off this project, I attached some beautiful Prima flowers.

Mixed Media Tag Masculine Feature Tim Holtz



Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "MASCULINE". We are all using some fabulous products from Tim Holtz this week and our guest designer for this month is Wanda Hentges. Please visit her blog for all her beautiful creations and great inspiration!


I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps THE PROFESSOR on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology INDUSTRIAL GEARS Embellishments and Tim Holtz idea-ology ODDS AND ENDS Embellishments.


I started this project with trimming the watercolor paper and pasted it on the #8 tag. I stamped the background using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps THE PROFESSOR and Paper Artsy Eclectica3 Scrapcosy Mini Cling Stamp, and a black ink pad. The tag was colored with Zig watercolors.

The tag was distressed with art daubers and embellished with Tim Holtz metal embellishments that I colored with Distress Paints. I added some Tim Holtz sentiment stickers to finish off this masculine project.
