Valentine Tag Love is in the Air Simon Says Stamp

Hello, my talented crafty friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "LOVE IS IN THE AIR". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using the paper from Stamperia House of Roses 12 X 12 Paper on the background, Simon Says Clear Stamps XL Love Greetings for the sentiment, and decorated it with Prima Marketing Mauve Dream Sharon Ziv Flowers.

I started this project with trimming the paper from Stamperia House of Roses paper and pasted it on the size 8 tag. I distressed the tag with Distress Ink Pads and a blending tool. The tag was outlined with a black pen. I stamped the repeated "LOVE" on the background of the tag using Simon Says XL Love Greeting stamp. 

I cut a tag with beautiful roses from Stamperia House of Roses and pasted it on the tag. On a piece of paper from the same Stamperia paper collection, I stamped the sentiment and tore it then distressed it. It was adhered on the tag using double sided tapes.

 I attached the film strip and tiny clip on the tag. Some gorgeous Prima Flowers were arranged on the tag. To finish off this project, I spattered some Gesso and water mixture on the tag.
