Congratulations Card Architecture/Buildings


Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "Architecture/Buildings". I was inspired to create a card using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps PEN AND PENCIL on the background, then colored it with Prima Marketing WATERCOLOR CONFETTI SET and added the sentiment with Tim Holtz Idea-ology LABEL STICKERS THOUGHTS.

Mixed Media Tag Clear Window



Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "WE CAN SEE CLEARLY". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz MINI STENCIL on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology BASEBOARDS WINDOW FRAME and Simon Says Stamp Premium Heat Resistant CLEAR ACETATE SHEET as the clear glass.


I started this project with applying Tim Holtz Distress Paint red over the Mini Stencil to create the brick wall on the background. I distressed the edges of the tag with Distress Ink Pad yellow and Art Dauber, then outlined the tag with a black pen. 


The clear acetate sheet was added under the the window frame as the glass. I pasted the vintage photo and window on the tag using double sided foam tapes. I added the sentiment using Tim Holtz Idea-ology Quote Chip Label. To finish off this project, I attached some metal and flower embellishments.

Bicycle Card Transport It



Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "TRANSPORT IT". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz MINI STENCIL SET 9 and Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps PEN AND PENCIL on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology Quote Chip Labels and Prima Marketing Porcelain Florals Sharon Ziv Flowers.


To start this project, I sprayed different colors of Distress Spray over the Tim Holtz stencil on the watercolor paper. The bicycle image was stamped on the stenciled paper using Tim Holtz stamp and the black ink pad. I trimmed the image, layered and pasted it with two different colors of heavy cardstocks.

   
The sentiment was added using Tim Holtz Idea-ology Word Tags. I also attached the Prima Flowers and Tim Holtz metal embellishments to finish off this TRANSPORT IT projects.

Mixed Media Tag Going Around in Circles



Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "WE'RE GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Layering Stencil SPLOTCHES on the background, and decorated it with   Stamperia ORCHIDS AND CATS 8x8 Paper and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Quote Chip Labels. 


I started this project with trimming this size 8 tag with watercolor paper, and stenciled the background of the tag with Tim Holtz Layering Stencil SPLOTCHES and Tim Holtz Distress OXIDE SPRAY SET OF 12 Ranger. The tag was distressed with Art Daubers and Distress Ink Pads, and outlined with Memento TUXEDO BLACK MARKER Dual Tip Tsukineko .


I punched some kitty images from Stamperia ORCHIDS AND CATS 8x8 Paper using We R Makers CIRCLES Layered Punch Set. These circle images were distressed with Art Daubers and Distress Ink Pads. I added these images on the tag using foam tapes. Some sentiments were added with Tim Holtz stickers and tags. I attached some metal embellishments to finish off this Going Around in CIRCLES project.

Tag Summer Mood Board Brutus Monroe


Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "SUMMER MOOD BOARD". This mood board is designed by our talented designer Macarena.


As it’s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Brutus Monroe. Our guest designer this month is  Natasha Vacca aka Natasha’s Colorful Creations. Please visit her blog for all the great creations and inspirations!


I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Brutus Monroe LOTUS FLOWER 6x6 Stencil on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps CRAZY DOGS and Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps ARTFUL VOYAGE. I heat embossed the background after it was stenciled with Brutus Monroe LOTUS FLOWER 6x6 Stencil, then colored the background with watercolors. 


The dog image was stamped and watercolored on a piece of watercolor paper, then cut and pasted on the tag with double sided tapes. I added some sentiments with Tim Holtz stickers and Label Stickers. To finish off this project, I added some metal embellishments.
