Mixed Media Tag Halloween

Hello, my talented crafty friends! Welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "SPOOKY". I was inspired to create a mixed media spooky Halloween tag using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamp Monstrous and decorated it with Idea-Ology Stitched Scraps Embellishments and Skulls and Pumpkins. 

I started this project with applying black Distress Paint on the size 8 tag then added a layer of the crackle paint. On a piece of watercolor paper I stamped the images from Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamp Monstrous with the black ink pad and colored them using Daniel Smith Watercolors. These images were cut and pasted on the tag using double sided tapes.

The sentiment was stamped and heat embossed with the white embossing powder. 

Some more Halloween elements such as the skull embellishment and creepy cheesecloth were added on the tag. I randomly dropped some Gesso and water mixture on the tag to finish off this spooky Halloween mixed media tag.
