Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "SUMMERTIME BLUES". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia Sea Land 8x8 Paper on the background, and decorated it with Waffle Flower Beach Tote Clear Stamp and Die Set and Tim Holtz idea-ology MACHINERY HEADS.
I started this project with trimming the pattern paper from Stamperia Sea Land 8x8 Paper and pasted it on the 4.25" X 5.5" card base, and distressed with a brown ink pad and an art dauber. The tote bag, towel and sunglasses were die cut using Waffle Flower Beach Tote Dies, Stamperia Sea Land 8x8 Paper and Big Shot. I adhered it on the card using Glue dot. The sentiments were stamped on the bag using and the black ink pad, and Tim Holtz sticker book. To finish off the SUMMERTIME BLUES project, I added some Tim Holtz metal embellishments.
