Christmas Holiday Card Add Some Metal


Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "ADD METAL". I was inspired to create a holiday card using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps CHRISTMAS MAGIC on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology 2023 Christmas Adornments Deck The Halls and Tim Holtz idea-ology 2024 Christmas Sticker Book.

To start this project I trimmed the card base with two different colors of heavy card stock from Rainbow Splash Cardstock Rainbow Pack and a piece of watercolor paper, layered and pasted them together. The image was stamped on the watercolor paper using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps CHRISTMAS MAGIC  and the black ink pad, then colored using Copic markers. 

I added some metal embellishments that were colored using Tim Holtz Distress Paint Kit 1 Ranger and Tim Holtz Distress Paint Kit 3 Ranger. The final step is to added some holiday elements from Tim Holtz idea-ology 2024 Christmas Sticker Book and Tim Holtz idea-ology Christmas Candy Confections Bundle.
