Whatever the Weather Tag

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "WHATEVER THE WEATHER". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia Shabby Rose 8x8 Paper on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz MINI STENCIL SET 5 and Tim Holtz idea-ology PAPER DOLLS MiNi.

I started this project with trimming the patterned paper and pasted it on the #8 tag. I distressed the tag with a distress tool and a black ink pad. I stenciled the sun rays with the Tim Holtz MINI STENCIL SET 5 and Distress Paint. 

The metal embellishments were attached on the tag and colored with Distress Paint. The sentiments were added on the tag using Tim Holtz Thoughts Label and stickers Book. The mini doll were adhered to finish off this Whatever the Weather project.
