I first applied Gesso on the tag, then applied Distress Ink to create the background colors. For the texture on the tag, I used the crackle paint with a palette knife. Some Kaisercraft wooden gears were colored with Distress Inks and added on the tag using Tombow Glue.
The sentiment on this stamp from Darkroom Door is my favorite quote so I stamped using Simon Says black ink on white cardstock, and layered it with corrugate paper, then pasted it on the tag using Tombow Adhesive Tabs.
More sentiments were attached using Big Chat Stickers and Tim Holtz Word Band. The tag were distressed using Simon Says Black ink and an Art Dauber. I randomly splattered the yellow Distress Ink and water mixture on the tag to finish off this project.
