Hello, friends, I hope you all had a great weekend and welcome back for the new challenge from Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. This week, we are creating with the theme "HIP HOP". You may interpret this theme however you want. I am looking forward to seeing your creation.
I was inspired to make a birthday tag using Simon Says Cora Background Stamp and Simon Says Stamp Happy Easter and colored it with Daniel Smith Watercolor Set.
I stamped and embossed the background pattern using Simon Says Stamp Cora Background using Simon Says Black ink pad. To color the stamped background I brushed it using Daniel Smith watercolors and the a water brush.
On a piece of white cardstock, I stamp the rabbit, the brush stroke and the flower images and colored them with watercolors. They were cut out and pasted on the tag using Tombow Adhesive Tabs.
I added the sentiment using Tim Holtz Alpha Part that were colored using Distress Paints. I really enjoy the beautiful background patterns and the those cute rabbit and flower images on this tag. Hope you got inspired the create a project with our "HIP HOP" theme. Join us and have fun!
