Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "STARS and/ or STRIPES". I was inspired to create a card using Echo Park Yankee Doodle 6 x 6 Paper Pad on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology Salvaged Hearts and Tim Holtz idea-ology MACHINERY HEADS.
I trimmed the 4.25" x 5.5" card base using the Sizzix Summer Colors A4 Surfacez Cardstock and Tim Holtz Tonic Maxi Guillotine Comfort Paper Trimmer. I trimmed the star and stripe patterned paper from Echo Park Yankee Doodle 6 x 6 Paper Pad, layered and pasted them on the card base. Tim Holtz idea-ology Salvaged Hearts and Tim Holtz idea-ology MACHINERY HEADS were added on the card to finish off this 4th of July card with Stars and Stripes.
