Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "SPRITZ & SPALTTER. I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Flip Top Distress Paint Foursome Bundle 6 and Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Spray Mustard Seed Ranger on the background, and decorated it with Simon Says Clear Stamps Old Fashioned stamped image and Tim Holtz idea-ology LABEL STICKERS THOUGHTS.
I started this project with trimming the watercolor paper and pasted it on the #8 tag. I stenciled the background of the tag with Tim Holtz mini stencil and blue Distress Paint, and splattered water on the wet paint. I heated dry the paint and spritzed Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Spray Mustard Seed Ranger with a brush on the tag.
On a piece of watercolor paper, I stamped the image, colored it with Copic markers, cut and pasted it on the tag using double side foam tapes. I added a metal embellishment and a sentiment sticker to finish off this mixed media spritz and splatter project.
