Let's Art Journal

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "LET'S ART JOURNAL". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Spray Set Of 12 Ranger on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Sizzix Vault Lovebirds Thinlits Dies and  Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps Curiosity.

To start this project, I sprayed the background of the art journal page with Tim Holtz Distress Sprays. I stamped the art journal page with Prima Stamp tiny text and the black ink pad. I stamped the typewriter and light bulbs on the journal age. 

On a piece of watercolor paper, I die cut the bird images and colored it with Zig watercolor brushes. I glued the bird images on the art journal page and added the sentiments with Tim Holtz Idea-ology CLIPPINGS Sticker Book and Tim Holtz Idea-ology LABEL STICKERS THOUGHTS to finish off this art journal page.
