Mixed Media Tag Recycle

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "RECYCLE". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia ALCHEMY 12x12 Paper and recycled corrugated cardboard on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology PAPER DOLLS PORTRAITS and Tim Holtz Idea-ology FACTORY TAGS Embellishments.

To start this project, I cut the corrugated card board from a gift box and pasted it on the size 8 tag. I distressed the tag with a distress tool, and an art dauber and Distress Ink Pads. I then outlined the tag with a black pen. 

The metal tag was colored with Distress Paints and attached on the tag with fasteners. The stitched scrap embellishment was pasted on the tag using Tombow Mono Glue. I added some more sentiments with Tim Holtz chip label and stickers to finish off this RECYCLE project.
