Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "STAMP IT". We would like you to use actual clear, cling, wood stamps, no digi images allowed this week. As it's STAMPtember® this month at Simon Says Stamp, this week we are all using some fabulous products from the latest Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® Release. I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz MINI STENCIL SET 28 on the background, and decorated it with Simon Says Clear Stamps Drop The Mic and Tim Holtz Idea-ology INDUSTRIAL GEARS Embellishments. To start this project, I stenciled the background of the tag using Tim Holtz MINI STENCIL and Distress Spray. I distressed the edges of the tag using Art Daubers and Distress Ink Pad, then outlined the tag with a black brush pen.
I stamped the sentiment on the tag using the stamp from Simon Says Clear Stamps Drop The Mic and black ink pad. More sentiments were stamped on a piece of white card stock, cut and pasted on the tag. To finish off this project, I attached some Tim Holtz metal embellishments on the tag.
