Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This
week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "DELICIOUS DRINKS". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Sizzix INTERTWINED 3D Texture Fades Embossing Folder on the background, and decorated it with Spellbinders Coffee or Tea Etched Dies and Tim Holtz Idea-ology STITCHED SCRAPS Embellishments.
I started this project with embossing the background of this size 8 tag using Tim Holtz Sizzix INTERTWINED 3D Texture Fades Embossing Folder and Big Shot. I distressed the tag using Art Daubers and Distress Ink Pads. I outlined the tag with a black brush pen.
On a piece of watercolor paper, I die cut the drink embellishments with Spellbinders Coffee or Tea Etched Dies and Big Shot. I colored these drink embellishments with watercolors and watercolor brushes. I adhered the Tim Holtz Idea-ology STITCHED SCRAPS Embellishments and the drink embellishments on the tag. To finish off the DELICIOUS DRINK project, I added some sentiments with Tim Holtz Idea-ology LABEL STICKERS THOUGHTS and Tim Holtz Idea-ology METALLIC Sticker Book.
