Watercolor Bookmark Things with Wings Owl

Hello, my talented art friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "THINGS WITH WINGS". I was inspired to create a watercolored bookmark using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps ECLECTIC ADVERTS on the background, then decorated it with owls cut from Stamperia ALCHEMY 12x12 Paper and added sentiments from Tim Holtz Idea-ology METALLIC Sticker Book.

I started this project with trimming the bookmark using the watercolor paper. I stamped the background using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps ECLECTIC ADVERTS and Prima Marketing FINNABAIR 2 Clear Stamp with Tsukineko VersaFine ONYX BLACK Ink Pad. 

 

The bookmark was colored using Prima Marketing WATERCOLOR CONFETTI SET Art Philosophy and Ranger Studio Paint ARTIST BRUSHES Brush. I cut the cute owl image from the Stamperia ALCHEMY 12x12 Paper and adhered it on the bookmark using double sided foam tapes. To finish off this bookmark, I added some sentiments using Tim Holtz Idea-ology METALLIC Sticker Book.

Mixed Media Tag Voyage Frame It

Hello, my talented crafty friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "FRAME IT". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia SEA LAND 12x12 Paper on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology BASEBOARDS WINDOW FRAMES and Tim Holtz Idea-ology FOUND RELATIVES.

I trimmed the patterned paper from Stamperia SEA LAND 12x12 Paper and pasted it on the size 8 tag. The tag was distressed and outlined with the blending tools, Distress ink pad and a black pen. The vintage photo and the picture that cut from the same paper collection were framed and adhered on the tag. 

I added the sentiments using Tim Holtz Small Talk Stickers. To finish off this project, I glued some Tim Holtz metal embellishments.

Valentine Tag Love is in the Air Paper Artsy

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "LOVE IS IN THE AIR". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Studio Light MY GIRLS Clear Stamps ABM Mixed-Up Collection on the background, and decorated it with Paper Artsy JOFY MINI 20 Lovebirds Rubber Cling Stamp and Simon Says Stamp SENTIMENT STRIPS CHEEKY LOVE.

I stamped the cute girl image from Studio Light MY GIRLS Clear Stamps ABM Mixed-Up Collection on the background of the this size 8 watercolor paper tag. The tag was colored using Prima Marketing WATERCOLOR CONFETTI SET Art Philosophy. On a piece of small tag I stamped the love birds image from Paper Artsy JOFY MINI 20 Lovebirds Rubber Cling Stamp and also colored it with watercolors. The  Tim Holtz clip and Simon Says sentiment strip were attached on the tag. To finish off this LOVE project  I distressed the tag using the blending tool and Tim Holtz mini ink pads.
