Simply Paper Crafts: Mixed Media Tag Not a Card

Hey, my dear crafty friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "NOT A CARD". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Sizzix Intertwined 3D Texture Fades Embossing Folder on the background and decorated it with Idea-Ology Industrial Gears Embellishments and Sizzix Lucky Love 3D Impresslits cut nd Emboss Folder.

To start this project, I embossed the background of the tag using Tim Holtz Sizzix Intertwined 3D Texture Fades Embossing Folder and watercolor paper. It's colored using Distress Ink Pads and blending tools. I trimmed it and pasted it on the size 8 tag, then outlined it with a black brush pen. The heart was also cut and embossed with the Tim Holtz Embossing Folder and colored with Distress Ink Pads.

The metal embellishments were colored with ink pads and adhered on the tag using Tombow Glue. The fabric scrap and Prima Flower were attached. And I added some sentiments with Tim Holtz sticker and Theories Chip. I hope you liked this project and got a chance to join us this week. Happy crafting!
