Simply Paper Crafts: Mixed Media Tag Green Easter Spring Recycle

Hello, my dear talented friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "RECYCLE". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using the recycled corrugated box and decorated it with Tim Holtz Sizzix Bunny Hop Thinlits Die Set and Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Sentiments Label Stickers.

I started this project by cutting a piece of corrugated board from a recycled box to make this size 8 tag. The tag was colored using Distress Paints and brushes. I distressed the tag using Distress Ink Pad and a blending tool, then outlined the tag with a black pen.

The bunnies were die cut and colored with Distress Ink Pad and the blending tool. They were attached on the tag using double sided tapes. I glued the Prima Flowers and metal gears on the tag. The sentiments were added with Tim Holtz Label Stickers and Small Talk Stickers. To finish off this project, I splattered some Distress Paint and water mixture randomly on the tag.
