Mixed Media Tag Grunge It Up She is Brave

Hello my dear friends, welcome back for the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "GRUNGE IT UP". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Simon Says Cling Stamp Crackle Background on the background and decorated it with Prima Marketing Rusty Knobs Finnabair Mechanicals and Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Quote Chips.

I started this project with stamping the crackle image using Simon Says Cling Stamp on the paper from Tim Holtz Abandoned collection, then trimmed the paper and pasted it on the size 8 tag. The tag was distressed the edges using a distress tool. I outlined the tag using a Big Bush black pen and distressed it with a blender.

I attached the vintage portrait and layered with a piece of torn corrugated sheet. The Prima Marketing Finnabair Mechanicals and Tim Holtz token embellishments were adhered on the tag using the Tombow Mono Glue. Some sentiments were added on the tag with Tim Holtz Rubs, stickers and Quote Chips. 

To finish this project, I randomly splattered some Distress Paint and water mixture on the tag using a brush. I really enjoy creating this grunge and messy tag with these awesome and fun embellishments. Hope you like it and got inspire to join us. Happy crafting!
