Mixed Media Tag We're All A-Buzz

Hello, friends, welcome back to the new challenge! This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "WE'RE All A-BUZZ". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Mini Stencil Set 39 for the texture on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Specimen Remnant Rubs and Theories Quote Chips.

I started this project by trimming the patterned paper from Tim Holtz Paper Abandoned Collection and pasted it on the size 8 tag. I added some texture by applying the modeling paste over the mini stencil on the tag. 

The Prima Marketing flowers were arranged and adhered on the tag using Tombow Glue. I added some bees and bugs on the tag using Tim Holtz Specimen Rubs. 

Some sentiments were added on the tag using Tim Holtz Quote Chips and stickers. I applied some distress paint around the tag and outlined the edges of the tag using a black pen. To finish off this project, I splattered some Distress Ink on the tag with a brush.
