Mixed Media Tag Crack It Up She is Brave

Hello, my dear friends, happy Monday and welcome back for the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "CRACK IT UP" - we are challenging you to use crackle paint, cracked glass/porcelain, broken pieces etc. I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Rock Candy Distress Crackle Paint on the background and decorated it with Prima Marketing Toronto Fruit Paradise Flowers and Steampunk Gears Finnabair Mechanicals.

I started this project with applying Distress Paint on this size 8 tag, then covered it with Rock Candy Crackle Paint. On the tag, I adhered the paper doll with metal wings from Tim Holtz Regal Adornments using double sided tapes. Some Prima Flowers were arranged and glued on the tag.

The steampunk gears, metal heart and butterflies were colored with Distress Paints and attached on the tag using Zots Clear Adhesives. I added some sentiment stickers to finish off this project.
