Hey, my lovely friends, I hope you all had a great weekend and welcome back for the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "WEDDING / ANNIVERSARY". As it’s the first Monday of the month, we are showcasing a particular company and this month we are all using fabulous products from Prima Marketing. You don’t have to use them to join in, but if you have them we would love to see them used!
This week we are welcoming the lovely Jess aka Two Mad Dahlias into the Designer Spotlight. Make sure to check her blog for the great inspiration and leave her some comment love.
I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Prima Marketing Dress Tangerine Fruit Paradise Flowers and decorated it with Prima Rustic Gears and Tin Heart. To start this project, I applied Distress Paints on the background and distressed the edges of the tag. Then the background was stamped with the Prima Marketing Messy clear stamp. The image was cut with scissors from the Tim Holtz Found Relatives and pasted on the tag using Tombow Glue.
The Prima Marketing metal embellishments were colored with Distress Paints and pasted on the tag. I also glued some Prima flowers randomly on the tag. The sentiments were added on the tag with Tim Holtz stickers.
I really had fun creating this tag using these fantastic Prima products with the awesome wedding and anniversary theme. I hope you got inspired and join us this week. Happy crafting!
