Mixed Media Tag Girly Feminine Spring Blessing

Hello, my lovely blog friends, welcome back for the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "GIRLY/ FEMININE". I was inspired to create a mixed media feminine tag using Simon Says Stamp Spring Blessings Wafer Die and decorated it with Prima Marketing Fairytales Poetic Rose Flowers.

To start this project, I applied Modeling Paste on the background of the tag using a palette to create the texture. I then applied different colors of Distress Paints on the background, and distressed the edges using the Distress Ink Pad. 

I layered the cheese cloth and the vintage photos with some Prima Flowers. On a piece of card stock, I die cut the sentiment and colored it with Distress Paint. These embellishments were layered and pasted on the tag using foam tabs and Tombo Mono Glue. 

I added a metal word band that was colored with Distress Paints using fasteners. Some randomly text and images were added on the tag. As the final touch, I splattered some Gesso using a brush on the tag randomly.
