Mixed Media Spooky Halloween Decoration

Hello, my talented blog friends! Welcome back for the new challenge this week! I hope you all had an awesome weekend. Our challenge theme this week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge is "Halloween / SPOOKY". Cant' believe it's Halloween again already. I was inspired to make a mixed media Halloween tag with many spooky elements using Tim Holtz Idea-ology Tombstone and Paper Dolls Ancestors Paperie for this week's challenge. 

To start this project, I first colored this size 8 mixed media etcetera tag with black Distress Paint, then colored the Idea-ology Vignette Box with the same Distress Paint. I attached the box on the tag using Prima heavy body gel, then covered the tag and box with Ranger Crackle Paint for the crackle texture. 

I added many Halloween elements using Tim Holtz Halloween Remnant Rubs on, Idea-Ology Ephemera Pack, Paper Doll and Tombstone on the tag and in the box using Prima heavy gel. 

I randomly applied some orange, purple and brown shades using Tim Holtz Distress Paints on the tag and box to finish off this project. It's always so much fun creating Halloween project during the fall season with these spooky embellishments from Tim Holtz Halloween collection.
