Halloween Gift Box Wrap

Hello, my lovely blog friends, I hope you all enjoyed your weekend. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge, our challenge theme is "IT'S A WRAP". I was inspired to wrap two Halloween gift boxes using Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Halloween Vignette Boxes and Tops, and decorated them with Idea-Ology Paper Doll Ancestors and Halloween Quote Chips.

This is a simple and fun project that is great for children to play together and it's easy to make many boxes at once for many friends. The boxes are quite small so it's perfect for some candies or small Halloween gifts. I first covered the Vignette boxes on the top with pieces of pattern paper that I cut from the Tim Holtz Halloween paper stash. The size of the paper was cut just the same as the box. I folded the Idea-Ology Halloween Vignette Box Tops and wrapped the Vignette Boxes. 

I tied the boxes with the raffia, then attached the paper dolls on the boxes using foam tabs. The metal Halloween Adornments and Quote Chips were also tied on the raffia with the hemp cord. I randomly applied some Distress Paints on the box using a brush pen. As the final touch, I outlined the paper dolls and the edges of the boxes with a Faber Castell black pen to finish off this project.
