Mixed Media Mini Canvas A Beautiful Day Paper Artsy Tim Holtz

Hello, my beautiful crafty friends, welcome back for the new challenge at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. I hope you all had a great weekend. Our kids officially have their summer break since last weekend. I am sure we are going to have a busy and wonderful summer. To celebrate the beginning of the summer break, let's create "All Things Bright and Beautiful". 

It is the first Monday of the month and that means at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challengeare we are showcasing a particular brand/company. I know you all need some quiet time to be alone as a busy mom from time to time especially when kids are on their summer break at home. I really love this funny sentiment from Tim Holtz Snarky Stickers and was inspired to create a mixed media canvas using Paper Artsy Mini Gear Rubber Stamp on the background and painted a girl using Ranger Dylusions Paints.

I painted a girl with mushrooms in her ears using Dylusions Paints and paint brushes on this mini canvas. Along the edges of the canvas, I stamped the gear image with Paper Artsy Gear Stamp and Dylusions Paint. I really enjoyed the bright colors on the background and distressed the edges of the canvas with the dark color.

Some flower, bird and butterfly embellishments were pasted to decorate the canvas. I added the sentiment using Tim Holtz Snarky sticker to finish off this project.
