Hello, my talented crafty friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "HAPPY HOLIDAYS". I was inspired to create a mixed media holiday tag using Tim Holtz Mini Paper Stash Christmas on the background and decorated it with Sizzix Geo Christmas Thinlits Dies, Festive Adornments and Idea-Ology Ephemera Pack Christmas.

I started this project by trimming and pasting the patterned paper on the size 8 tag. The tag was distressed with a distress tool, and Distress Ink Pad and the blending tool. I then outlined the tag with a black pen. The Christmas tree was layered using Geo Christmas Die and Paper Rose Inky Paper.

The metal and paper holiday embellishments were attached on the tag using the heavy gel and the glue. As the final step, I randomly glued some stars on the tag to finish off this holiday project.

I started this project with applying Distress Oxide Ink Pad with different colors on the lace frame using the blending tools. The frame was distressed with the blender and ink pads, and outlined with a black pen. I colored the vintage portrait with the same Distress Ink pads, then layered and adhered it with the frame using double sided tapes.

The text prints were randomly added on the frame from Tim Holtz Remnant Rubs. I attached some metal embellishments and Prima Marketing Flowers on the frame. I really love this beautiful vintage style frame with this remember theme. Hope you got inspired and create your project. Join us and happy crafting!
