Mixed Media Tag Best Day Feat. Tracy Evans

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "MAKE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND". It’s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing some fabulous products from Tracy Evans. You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used. Our guest designer of the month is the lovely Simona Rebecchi. I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tracy Evans Boutique Designs Background Elements A7 Clear Stamps te11 and Tracy Evans Boutique Designs Create Your Own Story A5 Clear Stamps on the background. I watercolored the stamped background with watercolors. On a piece of watercolor paper, I stamped the flower image, colored the image with Copic markers, and tore the flower, then pasted it on the tag using Tombow Glue. 


  I attached two hearts from Tim Holtz idea-ology Salvaged Hearts that were colored using Distress Paints. 
The sentiment sticker and Tim Holtz metal embellishment were added to finish off this Best Day Ever mixed media tag.
