Mixed Media Tag Blooming Blooms

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "BLOOMING BLOOMS". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia Shabby Rose 8x8 Paper on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Sizzix WILDFLOWER STEMS 1 Thinlits Die and Tim Holtz idea-ology LOCKET KEYS Metal Hardware Keyhole.

I started this project with trimming the patterned paper and pasted it on the #8 tag. The tag was distressed with a distress tool, an art dauber,  a red ink pad and a black pen. 

The flowers were die cut using colorful heavy card stocks and Big Shot, then arranged and pasted on the tag using double sided tapes. I added some sentiments with Tim Holtz stickers and Thoughts Label. To finish off this project, I tied a seam binding bow and adhered some metal embellishments on the tag.

Sweet Treat Tag

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "SWEET TREAT". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia Create Happiness Oh La La Labels Clear Stamps on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology PAPER DOLLS MiNi and Tim Holtz idea-ology Quote Chip Labels.

I start this project with stamping the image on the #8 watercolor paper tag using Stamperia Create Happiness Oh La La Labels Clear Stamps and the black ink pad. I distressed the tag using the art dauber and black ink pad. The tag was colored with Copic Markers and watercolors. 

The sentiments were added with Tim Holtz stickers and a quote chip label. I attached the Tim Holtz mini dolls and some metal embellishments to finish off this project.

Tag It Featuring Studio Light

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "TAG IT". As it’s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Studio Light. Our designer of the month is the lovely Fiona Whitehead. Please check her awesome blog for all the great inspirations. 

I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Studio Light Ungerwater Party Clear Stamp on the background, and colored it with Zig Kuretake Gansai Tambi 48 COLOR Set and Copic SKETCH 72 PC SET D Markers.

I added a metal clip embellishment, and the sentiment using Ranger Dylusions Black Set 4 Bigger Back Chat Stickers to finish off this project.

Hip Hop Easter Card

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "HIP HOP". I was inspired to create a tag using Stamperia Shabby Rose 8x8 Paper on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Sizzix Vault Hippity Hop Thinlits Dies and Tim Holtz idea-ology Organic Layers.

To start this project, I trimmed the patterned paper and pasted it on the #8 tag. I distressed the tag with a distress tool, an art dauber and a black ink pad. The bunnies were die cut with Tim Holtz Sizzix Vault Hippity Hop Thinlits Dies, heavy color card stocks and Big Shot. 

To finish off this project, I added the Tim Holtz idea-ology Organic Layers and Tim Holtz metal embellishments.

Tag Layer It Up

This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "USE EPHERMERA / LAYER IT UP". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia Shabby Rose 8x8 Paper on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology Organic Layers and Tim Holtz idea-ology LABEL STICKERS THOUGHTS.

I started this project with trimming the patterned paper and pasted it on the #8 tag. The tag was distressed with a distress tool and a black ink pad. 

The flower embellishments from Tim Holtz idea-ology Organic Layers were layered and adhered on the tag. I added some Tim Holtz stickers to finish off this project.
