4 Legged Friends Tag


Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "4 Legged Friends". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Zig CLEAN COLOR 90 SET Real Brush on the background, and decorated it with AALL & Create Forever A7 Clear Stamp Set and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Quote Chip Labels.


To start this project, I used AALL & Create Forever A7 Clear Stamp Set and the black ink pad to stamp the image on the watercolor paper. I trimmed the watercolor paper and pasted it on the #8 tag and used a black marker to outline the tag. 


The tag was colored with Zig Clean Color 30 COLOR SET A Real Brush. I finished off this tag with adding some sentiments using the stickers from Tim Holtz Idea-ology CLIPPINGS Sticker Book and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Quote Chip Labels.

Mixed Media Tag Add a Sentiment



Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "ADD A SENTIMENT". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Idea-ology Quote Chip Labels for the sentiment, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology PAPER DOLLS PORTRAITS and Prima Marketing Wild At Heart Bohemian Heart Flowers.


To start this project, I trimmed the watercolor paper into #8 tag and pasted it on the Tim Holtz #8 tag. I colored the tag with Tim Holtz Distress Spray, distressed the tag using the Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pads and Art Daubers, and outlined the tag using a black pen. The paper doll was colored and pasted on the tag using double sided tapes. 


The Tim Holtz metal embellishments were embellished on the tag. I arranged some Prima Flowers around the paper doll. Some sentiments were added with Tim Holtz stickers book and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Quote Chip Label to finish off this project.

Mixed Media Tag Lots of Layers


Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "LOTS of LAYERS". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Spray Peacock Feathers Ranger on the background, and layered the embellishments with Tim Holtz Idea-ology TRANSPARENT THINGS and Tim Holtz Idea-ology STITCHED SCRAPS Embellishments.


I started this project with trimming the watercolor paper into #8 tag and pasted it on the Tim Holtz Etcetera #8 TAG CHIPBOARD. The background of the tag was colored using Tim Holtz Distress Spray. I distressed the edges of the tag using the art daubers and Distress Ink Pad. I outlined the tag with a black pen. 

I added the transparent embellishments and layered the stitched scrap and the metal embellishments on the tag. There some more metal embellishments were attached on the tag. Some sentiments were added using Tim Holtz Idea-ology CLIPPINGS Sticker Book to finish off this lots of layered project.

Mixed Media Tag Summer Fun


Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "SUMMER FUN". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps AIR TRAVEL on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Mini Blueprints Strip COCKTAILS Cling Rubber Stamps and Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps TRAVEL BLUEPRINT.

I started this project with trimming the watercolor paper into #8 tag, coloring the background of the tag with the watercolors, then stamping the background using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps AIR TRAVEL and the black ink pads.


The camera and drinks were stamped on a piece of watercolor paper, colored with watercolors, cut and pasted on the tag. I added the sentiments with Tim Holtz sentiment stickers and die cut letters usingTim Holtz Sizzix Vault World Travel Thinlits Dies.Sizzix BIG SHOT MACHINE Gray And White

AALL Create Mixed Media Tag Red White Blue


Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "RED  WHITE BLUE". As it’s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from AALL & Create. Our guest designer this month is the lovely Laura Cassina. Please check her fantastic creations If you haven’t done so.



I started this project with trimming the watercolor paper into #8 tag, coloring the background of the tag with the watercolors, then stamping the background using AALL & Create Chain Framed A7 Clear Stamp and AALL & Create Numero Uno A8 Clear Stamps on the background with the black ink pad. I colored the background with  Zig Clean Color 30 COLOR SET A Real Brush and attached Tim Holtz metal embellishments and sentiment stickers to finish off this project.
