Mixed Media Tag Thank You

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "THANKS/ THANK YOU". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using  Simon Says Clear Stamps Par-Tea on the background, and colored it with Copic SKETCH 72 PC SET C Markers and Zig Clean Color 30 COLOR SET A Real Brush.

I started this project with stamping the image on the watercolor paper, and colored the image with Copic Markers and the background with Zig watercolors. The colored the image was trimmed and pasted on the #8 tag. 

The tag was outlined with the black pen. I stamped the sentiment using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps SIMPLE SAYINGS and pasted it on the tag, and also added the sentiments with Tim Holtz stickers.

Holiday Tag In My Heart Sending Love Thinking of You

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "THINKING OF YOU". As it’s the first Monday of November we are showcasing the fabulous Tim Holtz. You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used. Our designer of the month is Teresa York. I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps Mr. Frostie and the black ink pad on the background. The image was colored with Copic Markers. I also colored the background of the tag with watercolors.

Some sentiments were attached on the tag using Tim Holtz idea-ology LABEL STICKERS THOUGHTS and Tim Holtz idea-ology METALLIC Sticker Book. I added some holiday embellishments to finish off this IN MY HEART THINKING OF YOU tag.

Stencil Watercolor Happy Birthday Tag Little Mermaid

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "STENCIL IT". I was inspired to create a birthday tag using Tim Holtz MINI STENCIL SET 5 on the background, and adding images with Simon Says Clear Stamps Once Upon a Dream and  Copic SKETCH 72 PC SET C Markers.

To start this project, I stamped the images using the stamps from  Simon Says Clear Stamps Once Upon a Dream and Tsukineko VersaFine ONYX BLACK Ink Pad. The background was colored with Altenew Artists Watercolor 24 Pan Set and the watercolor brush. The image was colored using COPIC markers.

I stenciled the sun rays on the background using Tim Holtz MINI STENCIL SET 5, Tim Holtz Flip Top Distress Paint Foursome Bundle 3 and Stamperia Create Happiness FINGER TOOLS Daubers to finish off this project.

Mixed Media Halloween Tag Pumpkin and Candy Cupcake

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "SPOOKY AND/OR ADD SOME PURPLE". I was inspired to create a mixed media Halloween tag using Simon Says Clear Stamps Spooky Sweets on the background, colored it with Copic SKETCH 72 PC SET C Markers and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology CLiPPiNGS Sticker Book.

To start this project, I used Simon Says Clear Stamps Spooky Sweets and the black ink pad to stamp the image on the watercolor paper. I trimmed the watercolor paper and pasted it on the #8 tag and used a black marker to outline the tag. 

The tag was colored with Zig Clean Color 30 COLOR SET A Real Brush. I finished off this tag with adding some sentiments using the stickers from Tim Holtz Idea-ology CLIPPINGS Sticker Book.

Prince Tag Fall Mood Board

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "FALL MOOD BOARD". I was inspired to create a tag using Simon Says Clear Stamps Once Upon a Dream and Memento TUXEDO BLACK MARKER Dual Tip Tsukineko on the background. I then colored it with Altenew Artists Watercolor 24 Pan Set. 

To start this project, I stamped the images using the stamps from  Simon Says Clear Stamps Once Upon a Dream and Tsukineko VersaFine ONYX BLACK Ink Pad. The background and the images were colored with Altenew Artists Watercolor 24 Pan Set and the watercolor brush. 

I added some sentiments using Tim Holtz Sticker Book. To finish off this project, I outlined the tag using with Memento TUXEDO BLACK MARKER Dual Tip Tsukineko and added a Tim Holtz Idea-ology Quote Chip Labels.

Stamperia Mixed Media Tag

Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "USE PATTERNRD PAPER". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia Blue Land 12x12 Paper on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology PAPER DOLLS MiNi and Prima Marketing Rusty Metal Clips Art Daily Planner.

I started this project with trimming the patterned paper from Stamperia Blue Land 12x12 Paper and pasted it on the #8 tag. The tag was distressed with a distressing tool, an art dauber and the brown ink pad. 

The two tags were cut from the same patterned paper collection, distressed and pasted on the tag. I added the mini paper dolls, sentient stickers and a chip label on the tag. Prima Marketing Rusty Metal Clips was attached to finish off this patterned paper tag.
