Mixed Media Tag Transport It


Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "TRANSPORT IT". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using


I started this project with trimming the watercolor paper into #8 tag, coloring the background of the tag with the watercolors, then stamping the background using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps AIR TRAVEL and the black ink pads 


The air plane and compass were stamped on a piece of watercolor paper, colored with watercolors, cut and pasted on the tag. I added the sentiments with Tim Holtz metal embellishment and world plaque. I attached more Tim Holtz metal embellishments to finish off this project.

Mixed Media Tag Watercolor Paint


Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "LET'S PAINT". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps NOBLE GENT on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology CLIPPINGS Sticker Book and Tim Holtz Idea-ology LABEL STICKERS THOUGHTS.


To start this project, I trimmed the watercolor paper and pasted it on the #8 tag. I stamped the images on the tag using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps NOBLE GENT,  Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps Curiosity Shop and the black ink pad. The tag was distressed with an art dauber and Tim Holtz Disress Ink Pad and outlined with a black pen.


The background of the tag was painted with Tim Holtz Distress Spray Stains Set Of 12, and the stamped images were painted with Zig Clean Color 30 COLOR SET A Real Brush. I added the sentiment stickers from and attached Tim Holtz Idea-ology CLIPPINGS Sticker Book and Tim Holtz Idea-ology LABEL STICKERS THOUGHTS. I attached two Tim Holtz fasteners to finish off this project.

Mixed Media Tag Let the Music Play



Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "LET THE MUSIC PLAY". I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Lesia Zgharda Music Fox Clear Stamp on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology CLIPPINGS Sticker Book and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Quote Chip Labels.


To start this project, I used Lesia Zgharda Music Fox Clear Stamp and the black ink pad to stamp the image on the watercolor paper. I trimmed the watercolor paper and pasted it on the #8 tag and used a black marker to outline the tag. 


The tag was colored with Zig Clean Color 30 COLOR SET A Real Brush. I finished off this tag with adding some sentiments using the stickers from Tim Holtz Idea-ology CLIPPINGS Sticker Book and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Quote Chip Labels. I really love the cute little fox listening the music. Hope you like my project, too. :)

Mixed Media Masculine Tag


Hello, my dear blog friends, welcome back to the new challenge. This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge our theme is "MASCULINE". As it’s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Tim Holtz. You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.

This week our guest designer is very talented Thom Santilla. Please visit his awesome creations and inspirations on Instagram!


I was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Idea-ology PAPER DOLLS PORTRAITS on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology INDUSTRIAL GEARS Embellishments and Tim Holtz Idea-ology SENTIMENTS Label Stickers.


To start this project, I trimmed the pattern paper from Stamperia ALCHEMY 12x12 Paper and pasted it on the #8 tag. I distressed the tag with the distress tool, and the art daubers and Distress Ink Pads. The paper doll was pasted on the tag. I attached some Tim Holtz metal embellishments and splattered some Distress Paint and water mixture randomly on the tag. I added some sentiments using Tim Holtz stickers to finish off this masculine tag.
