Faces with Colored Pencils and Pastels

Hello, my lovely friends, I'd like to share some drawings today that I had fun to create with colored pencils, pastels and oil pastels this week.

I always love all the elements related to ocean and sea since I was born in a beautiful island country Taiwan. On my first and second drawings, there are some sea shells, water and bubbles. The third drawing was inspired by the skeleton and the fall season.

  5. You are indeed talented, Meihsia. I love how there is a beautiful rhythm to your portraits so that everything seems to flow with such grace. We once were privileged to play host to a charming young Taiwanese boy who had been living in Paris and who came to England for the summer to learn English. He was a most accomplished pianist I remember, even though he was only fifteen! I always enjoy visiting your blog and seeing your art work. xx
