Creative Cards with Izink Inks

Hey, friends, I'd like to share some projects I created for Clearsnap recently. The first two lovely cards were made using ColorBox® Creative Cards and Izink - Distributed by Clearsnap®.

ColorBox Creative Cards are easy and fun foundations to create paper crafts. You can simply spray, distress or stamping on the preprinted cards, then decorate with embellishments. Izink is acrylic based pigment ink and acid free.

To create the first card, use ColorBox® Art Daubers and ColorBox Archival Dye Ink to distress the Creative Card as the card base. Create watercolor effect on a piece of watercolor paper as the center panel with Izink inks and water mixture. Stencil the patterns using ColorBox Art Screens and Art Dauber over the watercolored paper. Stamp the sentiment using Mix'd Media Inx™ Inkpad, and distress the die cut hearts with ColorBox Archival Dye Ink. Assemble the layers with glue, and  attach the embellishments with Foam Square.

Use the same method to create the background, layers and sentiment on the second card. Stamp the bike image with Mix'd Media Inx and emboss it with Mix'd Media Inx™ Embossing Powder and a heat tool.

I hope you like my cards, and use these fun ColorBox® Creative Cards and Izink - Distributed by Clearsnap® on your next project.

The next project is a handmade cuff featuring ColorBox Crafter's® by Ann Butler and ColorBox® Background Basics by Ann Butler.

The ColorBox Crafter's® inks are great for fabric, wood and more surfaces. For this project, I used the inks on the canvas fabric and leather cuff. To start this project, stamp the ColorBox® Background Basics Picnic pattern on the canvas fabric with ColorBox Crafter's® ink Aquamarine.

Heat set the pattern and apply the glaze paint to protect the pattern. Dry the glaze covered canvas fabric with a heat tool, and die cut the flower with Sizzix flower die on the fabric.

Stamp the cuff base with ColorBox Crafter's® ink Aquamarine and Rollagraph. Distress the edges of the cuff using the same ink.

Make a paper rose and cover it with embossing enamel. Layer and adhesive all the embellishments with the waterproof craft adhesive.

I really appreciate that you stop by my blog. Hope you all have a great day and happy crafting!
