Clearsnap and Ann Butler Blog Hop

Ann Butler Clearsnap Blog Hop 2015

Welcome to a LOVEly blog hop with Clearsnap and Ann Butler Designs! Last month at the CHA trade show, we released a new collection of foam and rubber stamps with Ann Butler Designs, called Background Basics, to compliment her line of ColorBox Crafter's Inks and her existing faux quilting stamp lines.

Today, our teams are sharing Valentine craft ideas you can make tonight for your special someone for Valentine's Day. Hop along to each blog in the hop and leave a comment on each post. Then, use the Rafflectoper widget at the end of this post to win an assortment of Ann Butler Designs' new Background Basics stamps with Clearsnap!

The project I'd like to share today is a mixed media Valentine canvas featuring Ann Butler Crafter's Inks and Art Screens.

To start this project, apply Ann Butler Crafter's Ink Berry with Art Dauber over Ann Butler Art Screens Wave on the 6" X 6" canvas. Then apply Crafter's Ink Sunshine with ColorBox® Art Daubers over the Art Screens Stars. Heat emboss the patterns with ColorBox® Embossing Powder Clear with a heat tool.

Apply more Crafter's Ink Berry around the edges of the canvas. Stamp the sentiment using Crafter's Ink Deep Woods and stamp two hearts with Crafter's In Canyon on fabric. Heat emboss the sentiment and hearts with ColorBox Clear Embossing Powder.

Attach the sentiment, hearts and embellishments with 3D Foam Squares and Dodz 3D Adhesive Dots. Now you have a beautiful and lovely Valentine wall decor.

Here are some more photos of details.

Stamp: Simon Says Stamp
