Faith & Love Christmas Ornaments

Hi, dear blog friends, so glad you are here. We had an icy cold weekend here at Dallas and we enjoyed it!

This week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge, we want to see your project with tissue. From decoupage to giftwrap, home décor to cardmaking there is so much possibility for tissue of all kinds to be used on this challenge. Perhaps you want to take this a little different direction and alter a tissue box or make something tissue thin. Sounds fun, doesn't it?

I created a holiday project using tissue paper and tissue tapes to cover the ornaments.

I have used lots of tissue paper in many of my mixed media projects and I love it. So for the challenge this week, I wanted to use something a little different - tissue tapes.

I covered the ornaments with tissue tapes, colored with Distress Stain, applied a layer of glaze, and sprinkled them with Wow! Glitter

I love these beautiful glittered Thickers letters. They are totally perfect on my sparkled ornaments.

I also used burlap to cover one of the ornaments and decorated it with Prima trinket and stamped tissue paper.
You can make your tissue tapes by stamping on the tissue paper and add adhesive on it. It's so easy and fun to use tissue paper on holiday projects.

I hope you enjoy my creations and make something beautiful with tissue for your holidays.

Supply List:

Simon Says Stamp is giving away a $50 gift voucher that will go to a random entry chosen by Random Generator. Please join us for this fun challenge by using any type of tissue on your project. I can't wait to see what you come up with.

I really appreciate that you drop by. Hope you have a wonderful day!
