Create and Share

I've got some time to play with colors yesterday so today,
I'd like to share what I came up with. Used Tim Holtz Gadget Gears
die to cut the flowers and colored the flowers and background with
Gesso, Faber-Castell Gelatos and PITT big brush, Liquitex ink,
charcoal pencil, Martha Stewart opaque marker, DecoColor
acrylic paint markers and some water colors.

Inspired by the quote at Artists in Blogland
"Always be a first-rate version of yourself instead of a second-rate version of somebody else." Judy Garland

And this quoteIt isn't what you have, or who you are, or where you are, or what
you are doing that makes you happy or unhappy. It is what you think about.”  Dale Carnegie
so I pasted some words stickers (Tim Holtz ChitChat) to encourage myself.
Hope this piece inspires you, too.
I share this art journal @ PPF, Simon Says Stamp and Show,

Hope you all have a great weekend.

Meihsia  ^_^

The happy colors of your background are very eye catching. I love all of your gears and how you have used them! The corrugated hearts are also a nice touch and add texture.
