Attended the Copic Standard and Intermediate designer training last Friday
and Saturday. The class was intensive but fun. Cindy Lawernce is such a talented
and great instructor. Today I spend some time to play coloring besides
doing my Project Life. Currently on my desk there are my Project Life pages,
some images I colored, the manual and profolio, and the certificates after
completing the training. And my PLW5 is still in progress.
Keep doing "Weight Loss Plan" and "New this Week" in my Project Life
every week. Although there's no big weight loss last month, I feel more
energetic after doing more exercises and am excited to experience something

It seems easy to lose weight by having these little changes such as putting
food on blue plate, turning off TV and eat eggs for breakfast. Going to try
something on that list and see if it works.
